The Passivity In Secrecy

Was gripped by an eerie feeling which made me sense - What Kinda Passivity is there in any Kinda Secrecy/ or nethng clandestine.

May be a clandestine affair, a secret interest or a clandestine penchant for something about which the world will seemingly create a hullabaloo.
